Hiring:  Relationship Manager

Rightsize Facility
Location:   Chicago, IL
Hours: 8:00-5:00pm,   Mon-Fri
Pay: $80,000 – $140,000 annually

At Rightsize Facility, we believe great relationships are the foundation of great work—and we’re looking for a Relationship Manager who shares that mindset. As Relationship Manager you will build meaningful, long-term partnerships with commercial interiors industry professionals, turning relationships into new opportunities for our team. 

 

As a relationship Manager, you will:

  • Be a connector—building bridges between our team and key industry partners:
  • Develop and grow relationships with brokers, architects, project managers, property managers, and workplace decision-makers
  • Identify opportunities to support partners and their clients with furniture and facility service solutions
  • Maintain consistent in-person engagement (meetings, lunches, office visits, events)
  • Position Rightsize as a trusted partner on upcoming and active projects
  • Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to bring opportunities to life
  • Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking groups
  • Partner with leadership to support strategic growth and new business development

You are:

  • A natural relationship builder who genuinely enjoys connecting with people
  • Experienced in the commercial interiors industry with an established network
  • Comfortable working in the field and attending events regularly
  • Confident, personable, and professional in client-facing settings
  • Strategic in how you turn conversations into opportunities
  • Energetic, curious, and driven
  • Commercial Interiors experience of 3 + years
  • BS degree preferred

Posted Salary Range

USD $80,000.00 - USD $140,000.00 /Yr.
